Ross began his career working as an analyst at Exxonmobil and has worked across the business spectrum from SME and start-up businesses to FTSE 250 and government organizations. Extensive experience in programme, process and change management across a variety of subject matters and organisation types. Ross has most recently been pursing his passion for Renewable Energy. Commencing in 2010 he completed due diligence on, rectified and facilitated a sale transaction on a small residential portfolio under the first Feed in Tariff regime and then supported the preparation, raise and deployment of one of the first UK EIS Solar funds, dedicated to commercial rooftop solar. Ross has since brokered, completed due diligence and transaction managed funding on over 250MW of ground mounted and roof mounted solar and has advised on a further 100MW. Ross has also developed funding frameworks for EPCs to develop ground mount solar and hands-on supported the development of 20MW ground mount solar with partner EPC partner.
