Prior to NPC, Mr. Zauderer was an Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Jefferies where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Zauderer graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and minor in Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University.
