Steve Moore joined New State as Senior Operating Partner, Operations/Lean in October 2018. He primarily supports portfolio company value creation. Prior to joining New State, Steve spent 15 years with Next Level Partners, a Lean/Six Sigma consulting company, as a Practitioner in various market segments such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Advertising, Technology, and Finance. He also held Executive roles at Next Level Partners including Vice President and Business Development Manager for the Finance and Technology market segments. Prior to Next Level Partners, Steve spent 3 years with The Danaher Corporation as a Director of Operations for the Retail Petroleum company, Gilbarco. Prior to Danaher, Steve spent 1 year as a Vice President Marketing/Operations for GE Capital Commercial Services, and prior to GE Capital, he spent 18 years with Coca Cola in various Executive positions. Steve earned both a Masters Degree in Business Administration from High Point University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro. He earned his Black Belt in Six Sigma while with GE and his Lean Sensei designation while with Danaher.
