Shaun joined New State Capital Partners in 2018 with six years of M&A and corporate finance experience. Shaun has transaction and investment experience in a number of industries, including industrials, financial services, business services, and aerospace and defense. Prior to joining New State, Shaun was on the Corporate Development team of Marsh & McLennan Agency, the middle-market subsidiary of Marsh, Inc., the world’s largest insurance broker. While at Marsh & McLennan Agency, Shaun led and executed acquisitions of middle-market insurance brokerages and employee benefits consulting firms. Shaun was previously in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Duff & Phelps, providing financial due diligence and advisory services for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Shaun began his career in the Corporate Finance division at Boeing.
