Peter Masucci, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2004. He was previously associated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), where he focused on private equity investments across a number of industries. From 1997 to 2000, he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments of Goldman Sachs, where he evaluated and executed a number of strategic transactions. He is Chairman of the Board or Director of 3E, Homrich Berg, Circana and Lincoln Investment. He previously served as the Chairman of the Board of SNL Financial and ACA Compliance Group, and was the lead director or director of Blue Yonder, Deltek, DRB Systems, InComm, Inmar, Legends Hospitality, OneDigital, Sparta Systems and Valet Waste. Mr. Masucci received his B.A. with highest distinction in Finance with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Iowa in 1997 where he was an Academic All-American. Mr. Masucci received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2004.
