Michael Nites, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2022. Previously, he was an investment professional at Advent International in the Business & Financial Services group. Prior to that, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Michael received his B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering and his B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2022.
