Bio

Matthew Graziano, Director, joined New Mountain in 2022, and is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s Strategic Equity strategy. He was previously an investment professional at Palladium Equity Partners, where he executed several of the firm’s investments in the business services and consumer sectors. Prior to Palladium, Matthew worked in the consumer, food, and retail investment banking group at Duff & Phelps. Matthew received his B.A. in Economics from New York University and his Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
