Mr. Jrolf founded NHC in 2006, after spending ten years prior with Heritage Partners, Inc. He has been the lead partner on the firm's investments in OneSource Distributors, Centra Industries, REACH Air Medical Services and ProTransport-1. At Heritage Partners, Inc., he led the investments in The W.A. Butler Company, Rivien Health, and Skilled Healthcare Group. With over 19 years experience investing in founder-owned, middle market businesses, Mr. Jrolf is a frequent speaker on investing in family-owned businesses. Prior to Heritage Partners, Inc., Mr. Jrolf was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. specializing in the areas of corporate strategy, reengineering, sales and marketing, serving clients in the healthcare, electric utility, and consumer products industries. Mr. Jrolf began his professional career in 1986 as one of the original members of Banc Boston Capital Equity Partners. At Equity Partners, Mr. Jrolf actively participated in the development of the group's strategy and in the acquisition of companies. Mr. Jrolf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Babson College in 1986, and a Master of Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1992. He also was a 1992 Robert Bosch fellow in the Federal Republic of Germany working on issues related to the reunification of the two Germanies.
