Kevin has been active in the Private Equity business for more than 30 years. He was co-founder and Chairman of New England Capital Management, a Boston-based buyout firm focused on acquiring lower middle-market operating companies, (and the predecessor to NECP). Kevin has acquired and managed companies in numerous industries, actively working with company managements to transition their businesses to professionally managed growth entities. Prior to starting New England Capital Management, Kevin was a General Partner at Madison Dearborn Partners and a Vice President at First Chicago Venture Capital. Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an A.B. from Harvard College. Kevin currently lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife Leslie. He has three sons, Kevin, Brendan, and Brian.
