Tom Naughton, CFO and Director of Investor Relations, is responsible for overseeing the financial management and execution of transactions as well as investor relations and regulatory compliance. Tom was previously an Adjunct Associate Professor and the Executive Director of the Center for Private Equity & Entrepreneurship at the Tuck School of Business. Prior to Tuck, Tom was Managing Director and Founder of NeoCarta Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. Before forming NeoCarta, Tom was Vice President at GE Equity, the private equity arm of General Electric and GE Capital. Tom is also a member of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Impact Investment Committee. Tom is a graduate of Dartmouth College (BA in Mathematics) and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (MBA).
