Ryan joined NCP in 2012. As Principal, Ryan sources and leads the execution of new investment opportunities, as well as provides strategic and operational support to NCP’s portfolio companies. Ryan serves on the Board of Care Services. Before graduate school, Ryan worked in the Strategic Planning group of First Wind, a wind energy portfolio company of Madison Dearborn and DE Shaw, where he was heavily involved in the firm’s corporate capital raising efforts and development project evaluations. Prior to First Wind, Ryan was an Analyst in the Global Industrials Group of UBS Investment Bank, executing numerous M&A transactions, as well as debt and equity financings. Ryan earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
