Erica oversees Nectar’s finance operations including its onshore and offshore subsidiaries, middle office management of the public markets hedge fund and operational affairs of the firm. Previously Erica was Head of Finance and Compliance at Satya Capital, a private equity firm, based in London, focused on providing growth capital to African businesses. Prior to Satya Capital, Erica was a Senior Fund Accountant and Client Representative at Northern Trust in the UK Fund Accounting team. Erica holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich.
