A graduate of the École Polytechnique and with a Master's degree in Innovation Management, Yves had a dual background in operational management (management of a clinic and a production line) and strategy consulting in an international firm, before joining NCI in 2010 to develop an active shareholder-strategist concept by founding the Strategy Division. After several years of investing and supporting the leaders of our portfolios, he took over the management of innovation capital, structured a global acceleration system for startups and launched WaterStart Capital in early 2018.
