Bio

Brad is a cofounder of the firm and has been a Partner since its inception in 1992. Brad is currently on the boards of two privately held portfolio companies, NC Services Group and Warwick and Kent Holdings Ltd. and is also on the board of Northern Frontier Corporation which is a publicly listed company on the TSX Venture exchange. Throughout his career, Brad has been a board member of a number of portfolio companies. Prior to joining NCA, Brad worked at Bankers Trust (which was subsequentially acquired by Deutsche Bank) in the corporate finance department in New York City. Brad started his career in the audit department of Arthur Young where he earned his CPA. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
