Menatalla Shoukry is a Vice President at NBK Capital Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, she helped set-up Egypt based private equity fund LimeVest partners as a Principal. Prior to that, she was an Acquisition associate at New York-based diversified holding company MacAndrews & Forbes, where she worked on transactions in the fintech, healthcare and education sectors across North America. Prior to M&F, Ms. Shoukry was a Restructuring Officer at the International Finance Corporation based out of Istanbul & Washington. In IFC, she managed a portfolio of debt & equity investments in distress, and helped in designing and implementing various restructuring strategies to recover IFC’s investments across EMEA, Sub-Saharan Africa, South East Asia & Latin America. Earlier in her career, Ms. Shoukry worked as a Leveraged Finance Associate at Orascom Construction Industries. Ms. Shoukry spent four years in investment banking working on several M&A transactions in manufacturing & infrastructure sectors, covering the MENA region. Ms. Shoukry received her MBA from Columbia Business School as a Fulbright scholar and her BA in Finance and Economics from the American University in Cairo.
