Bio

Mr. Imhoff is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Navigator Partners, LLC and has been a leader and initiator of numerous acquisitions and strategic joint ventures for over 50 years as both a principal and an operating officer. Mr. Imhoff is a business graduate of Northwestern University, did undergraduate work at Indiana University and the University of Chicago and is Chairman of Compass Water Solutions, Inc. He presently sits on the board and serves as an advisor to several Navigator portfolio companies including Nelson Pipeline Constructors and K9 Resorts. Previously he served on the board of CK Franchising Inc., Project Leadership Associates, Inc., Coffin Turbo Pump, Inc., and Omni-flight Helicopter, Inc. as well as numerous corporate portfolio boards.
