Luc is a Senior Vice President and leads the day-to-day oversight of portfolio companies and integration plans for new investments. Luc is a result-oriented senior executive with 32 years of experience in high-tech companies, particularly in the fields of Operations, Business Development, and all the activities related to company strategic plans and actions. He is known for his visionary leadership, the ability to create strong and clear Business Strategic (BS) plans, develop state-of-the-art strategies to achieve the BS plan objectives, and optimize KPIs like profitability, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while strengthening client relations. He was involved in more than twenty M&A transactions and the successful integrations of those companies aligned with the growth plan for creating value. He was also involved, as a Board Member and Chairman of the Board, with many private mid-market companies in Québec having goals to expand at the international level. Mr. St-Georges held previous positions as Executive Vice-President Operations and Business Development, Chief Operating Officer at Miranda / Belden, and was COO of multiple companies. He was also a partner at Ernst & Young in the manufacturing practice with some strategic customers in Canada. He holds an Engineering degree from Polytechnic of Montréal, an executive MBA from Queen’s University, and is a member of the ‘Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec’.
