Mr. Brown joined MVP in 2015. Since that time, he has originated investments in technology and consumer products and currently sits on the boards of xtraCHEF, Spread Bagelry, Worhorse Brewery, Saxbys and Swiss Farms. Prior to MVP, Mr. Brown spent five years practicing corporate law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia, where he worked on dozens of transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and credit financing. Before Morgan Lewis, Mr. Brown worked in the general counsel’s office of Tyco Electronics Ltd. supporting the company’s corporate development activities. Mr. Brown’s responsibilities at MVP include investment oversight of several of MVP’s portfolio companies in addition to the internal counsel function. Mr. Brown is a graduate of Princeton University and the Washington College of Law at American University, where he served as an editor of the American University Law Review.
