Bio

Rick Rennhack served as Chief Executive Officer of Rennhack Marketing Services Inc (RMS), a leading business services company focused on providing premium and incentive marketing services to the Retail Banking Market, which was founded by his father in the 1970's. As CEO, he quickly grew RMS into the largest company in the industry, increasing revenues by 300% in three years. Mr. Rennhack also transitioned product sourcing and development from the US to Asia, increasing EBITDA by 800% during the same period, resulting in a compounded annual growth rate of 100%. RMS was named to the Dallas 100™ three consecutive years. The Dallas 100™ Awards is an annual event that identifies and honors the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area. Mr. Rennhack later sold the majority of his ownership in RMS to Brazos Private Equity Partners and fully exited upon its subsequent sale to HIG Capital​​​.​​​ Since his exit from RMS, Mr. Rennhack has invested in a number of companies, both directly and with private equity firms. He has also been very involved with the strategic direction and growth of these companies. ​ Mr. Rennhack has invested in and is very involved with a variety of philanthropic endeavors. He also serves as Councilman for the Town of Westlake, Texas and as Trustee of Westlake Academy an IB World School. Mr. Rennhack was also instrumental in starting YoungLife at Carroll High School and was a YoungLife Leader. ​ Mr. Rennhack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dedman College at Southern Methodist University.
