Andrew Schwartz joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Managing Director, Portfolio Management and Capital Markets, on the Investment Team based out of the New York office. At Motive, Andrew focuses on working with portfolio companies to drive value implementing Motive’s I-O-I model in our portfolio companies. He also works with the Investment Team and portfolio companies on capital structure and financing strategies. Prior to joining Motive Partners, Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer of Tegra118 (formerly Fiserv’s Investment Services business) and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of InvestCloud, where he was responsible for leading the Finance Team, including FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Vendor Management. In this role, Andrew was instrumental in leading the carve-out of Tegra118 from Fiserv in 2020 and ultimately integrating the business with InvestCloud in 2021. In addition, Andrew was responsible for leading all debt-related activities for the company, including issuance, lender reporting/management, and ratings. Previously, Andrew was a Vice President, Finance & Strategy at Fiserv, having joined in 2017 to assist with key enterprise priorities related to finance, strategy, transformation, and integration. Prior to Fiserv, Andrew worked as a technology investment banker for 12years, where he advised corporate executives and investors on M&A, strategy, and capital raising activities. Andrew earned an M.B.A in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business, and a B.S. from Rutgers College of Engineering.
