Bio

Scott is based in our Wellington office and manages the tax affairs of Morrison & Co managed portfolios, including tax strategy and planning, compliance and reporting. He has extensive experience in managing the tax aspects of acquisitions and divestments in the infrastructure sector (including due diligence and structuring)and PPP projects in Australia and New Zealand on behalf of investors. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2012, Scott was a Senior Manager at KPMG and has considerable international tax experience as an in-house European Tax Advisor for Apple, Sony and Watson Wyatt.
