Bio

Kellee is Head of Legal at Morrison & Co, responsible for leading a team of senior lawyers providing a full range of legal and commercial advice across the firm's global activities, including investments and divestments, assetmanagement, product development and new mandates as well as the company secretarial and corporate legal functions. She is a member of the Investment Committee, Management Team, and Operations, Risk and Compliance Committee. Kellee is a director of Longroad Energy. Before joining Morrison & Co in 2013, Kellee was a solicitor at a leading New Zealand law firm, practising primarily in the M&A, corporate, finance and commercial areas. Kellee holds a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Hons I) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
