Keith joined Morrison & Co in April 2022 as Executive Director, Investor Solutions with responsibility for investor relations, capital raising and building the firm’s investor base in the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Keith spent 11 years with Sustainable Development Capital LLP, latterly as Head of Investor Relations, where he had responsibility for raising private and public capital for the group’s investment vehicles. In 2018, Keith managed the listing of the first energy efficiency focused investment trust, SEEIT on the London Stock Exchange. Earlier in his career, Keith helped establish the infrastructure practice at Pantheon. He started his career with Close Asset Management in Guernsey. Keith holds a BA in International Relations and Peace Studies from the University of Bradford.
