Catherine focuses on talent & leadership development within our firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Catherine was Partner, Corporate Development and Leadership Advisory with Omera Partners for eight years, where she worked with clients on projects including board evaluation, CEO and C-suite succession planning, executive coaching and enterprise wide development and assessment. She also assisted the firm towards its growth ambitions though the establishment of new business lines and partnerships. Earlier in her career Catherine was a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, working within the financial services executive search area. She also worked for other financial services focused search firms. Catherine has previously been a member of the global board of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consulting (AESC). Catherine’s most recent formal education has been with INSEAD where she obtained the INSEAD Coaching Certificate and the Certificate in Advanced Coaching with Groups.
