Bio

Brad is based in our Sydney office and supports the management of the Australian tax affairs of Morrison & Co managed portfolios, including investment structuring support and managing tax risk. He has experience in the Australian tax aspects of acquisitions and divestments in the infrastructure, renewable energy, private markets and real estate sectors. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Brad was at KPMG in the Deal Advisory tax team with a focus on due diligence and structuring for private markets and infrastructure projects.
