Bio

Ankit is responsible for the origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure investments in private markets. Ankit has over 15 years’ experience in investment management, transaction advisory and corporate governance across airports, seaports, digital infrastructure, renewables, midstream energy and regulated utilities. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2021, Ankit was an Investment Director in the Infrastructure & Timberlands team at the Future Fund which was responsible for managing a global portfolio worth A$13bn. Ankit led the team’s core plus infrastructure strategy and had asset management responsibilities for core infrastructure assets. He served on the boards of Canberra Data Centres and Powering Australian Renewables. Prior to this, Ankit was a Vice President at corporate advisory firm, Flagstaff Partners, where he advised clients on M&A, equity/debt capital market and restructuring transactions across the infrastructure, energy, real estate and industrial sectors. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and a Finance Honours from Monash University. Ankit is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
