Alicia supports management of the tax affairs of Morrison & Co managed portfolios, including tax strategy and planning, compliance and reporting. Her experience is in the tax aspects of acquisitions and divestments in the infrastructure sector with a focus on due diligence and structuring. Alicia also oversees the tax aspects of PPP bids in both in New Zealand and Australia on behalf of investors and the ongoing tax management of these investments. Prior to joining the firm in Wellington in 2013, Alicia was at PwC.
