Bio

Lincoln Isetta is a Managing Director of the Morgan Stanley Expansion Platform and a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Isetta is based in San Francisco where he leads e-commerce, consumer and retail investment activities for the Expansion Platform. Prior to joining the Expansion Platform in 2010, Mr. Isetta was a member of Morgan Stanley Principal Investment group. . Mr. Isetta was responsible for several of MSPI’s investment including Zappos, which was sold to Amazon in 2009 and Perceptive Software, which was acquired by Lexmark in 2010. Prior to MSPI, Mr. Isetta spent time in several different capacities within Morgan Stanley’s leveraged finance division, including its Special Situations Group. Mr. Isetta was ranked as one of the top three fixed income research analysts in the Retail / Food sectors by Institutional Investor in 2001, 2002 and 2003. Mr. Isetta graduated summa cum laude from Boston College.
