Prior to founding MSP, Ken Mill was a senior associate in Goldman Sachs’ Global Industrials Group where he focused on providing a variety of investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and equity and debt financings for both publicly traded and private equity-owned clients. As a senior associate, Ken was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction execution process from financial due diligence to valuation advisory. Across his experience on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, Ken has been able to glean valuable insights from some of the best private equity investors and management teams in the industry. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping Ken’s investment philosophy and due diligence approach. In his six years at Goldman Sachs, Ken was consistently recognized as a top performer and was frequently sought out by senior-level bankers for his technical abilities, analytical acumen and strong work ethic.
