Helen is a Senior Operating Executive at Monomoy and manages a group of operators focused on revenue growth and profit improvement. Prior to joining Monomoy, Helen was an operating director at Windjammer Capital Investors, where she partnered with portfolio company management to drive organic growth and value creation. Prior to Windjammer, Helen spent nine years at Emerson Electric. While at Emerson, Helen had direct P&L responsibility for their Liquid and Combustion businesses as well as marketing and sales responsibility for their Rosemount Measurement business. Helen graduated from Kettering University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and received an M.B.A. from Harvard University. In addition to bobsledding, Helen chooses to relax and decompress by singing along to the radio in her car and swears that she has the voice of an angel (according to her); However, wear a seat belt while driving with Helen as she has been in nine car accidents and that only includes situations where she has had contact with other vehicles.
