Oliver focuses on investments in beauty and personal care, companion animals, and consumer healthcare. Prior to co-founding Monogram, Oliver was with Leonard Green & Partners, a leading private equity firm with more than $15 billion of capital under management and a top-decile return track-record. At Leonard Green, Oliver focused on investing in and supporting consumer and retail companies, including Union Square Hospitality Group / Shake Shack, Savers, Activision Blizzard, DSW, and 99 Cents Only Stores. Previously Oliver was a generalist in the private equity practice of Bain Capital, a leading alternative asset management firm with more than $75 billion of capital under management. He began his career at Bain & Company, where he assisted private equity firms with acquisition due diligence and advised corporate clients. Oliver earned a B.A. in political science from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
