Bio

Lusa joined Monogram in 2016. She evaluates, executes, and supports investments across various consumer and retail verticals. Prior to joining Monogram, Lusa was with The Carlyle Group, a leading global alternative asset manager, where she was a member of the private equity practice’s consumer and retail team and focused on investing in and supporting Beats Electronics, Acosta, NBTY, and Dunkin’ Brands. She began her career in investment banking at Evercore as a generalist in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Lusa earned a B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (with high distinction) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
