Elana is a Managing Director of Business Development for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2014, Elana was a Sales Associate servicing institutional equity investment managers in the HOLT division of Credit Suisse Securities. Elana previously worked as an Underwriting and Structuring Analyst at Asset Management Finance LLC, a division of Credit Suisse, which focused on making principal investments in alternative and traditional asset managers. Elana holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Elana graduated from the Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. and B.A. in Economics.
