Bio

Ian is co-CEO of MML Capital Partners. He has responsibility for MML's investment strategy and he has management responsibility for MML's US and French operations and the Finance Team. He is a member of the Investment and Management Committees. Ian joined MML in 2006 to co-lead the UK investment team, and has played a key role investing Fund's IV, V and VI. Ian has led a number of transactions for MML including WSH Group, Vanguard Healthcare, ATA Group, FrontierMEDEX, CH&Co, ParkingEye and Western Global. He currently represents MML on the boards of ParkingEye, StoneTurn and Western Global. Prior to joining MML, Ian spent seven years with 3i, latterly with a focus on minority investing. He started his career as a commodity trader with Cargill Plc. Ian studied at the University of London gaining a BA Honours degree in History. Ian is married with one teenage son and lives next to the River Thames in South Oxfordshire.
