Andres Bethencourt is a Director at MKH Capital Partners with 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions for the firm’s portfolio. Andres currently serves on the Boards of Clean Streak Ventures, AOC Metal Works and BTS Towers. Prior to joining MKH, Andres worked as a Vice President in the Private Equity division at Amzak Capital Management in Boca Raton, where he worked on several consumer, telecom and industrial transactions. He began his career at William Blair in Chicago as an Investment Banking Analyst, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings. Andres holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University. He proudly created a scholarship at his alma mater, La Salle High School in Miami, to fund college expenses for students interested in business and finance.
