Bio

Paz joined Miura in 2021 from KPMG Abogados, S.L.P where she has worked, as senior manager, until 2020 in the corporate and commercial department. She is specialized in M&A, due diligence, contractual and corporate law. She has advised companies from the industry, food, and real estate sector. Paz is member of the Bar Association of Barcelona, holds a LLM in advocacy from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), and graduated in Law Studies from Universidad CEU Abat Oliba.
