Juan Eusebio has the uniqueness of having been a company’s CEO and he is one of those who makes things happen. His leadership is based on his strong convictions and clear ideas, although he is always open to listening and learning. He is of the opinion that to improve and grow you have to surround yourself with talent, and Juan Eusebio has a good eye for spotting talent. He pays attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. Juan Eusebio enjoys sports, whether skiing or swimming and he practices yoga as well. Juan Eusebio is a great host. If you ever ask him to recommend a good wine, he is sure to get it right. Juan Eusebio joined Miura in 2011 as Operating Partner, where he works closely with the management teams of the participated companies. Previously, in the 1990s, he was one of the founding members of Cluster Consulting, which was bought by the Chicago based Diamond Technology Partners in 2000. His career began as a strategy consultant at The MAC Group in Barcelona/Madrid, and Gemini Consulting in London. More recently he was CEO and shareholder at Santa & Cole and NODE. He has also been actively involved in a diverse range of companies as an executive advisor and business angel; he has also been a board member of several non-profit organizations. He is member of Miura's Investment Committee and member of the Board of TVC, Tekman, EfectoLed, Grupo Tragaluz, Terrats Medical and Proclinic. Besides Operating Partner, Juan Eusebio leads the ESG strategy at Miura and its portfolio companies. Juan Eusebio has an Economics and Business Administration degree from the Universidad Central de Barcelona, and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau).
