Gus is first and foremost passionate about intellectual challenges, which he faces with a combination of optimism and calm. He boosts the teamworking with purpose and is convinced that the connection between people is the main driver to achieve any goal, whether personal or professional. His family is his great support and he enjoys a good day with them, an interesting reading or practicing his favorite sports. Prior to rejoining Miura as a partner in 2022, where he was already between 2010 and 2013, Gus worked at Suma Capital and ProA Capital, gathering broad experience in Private Equity, partnering with entrepreneurs to pursue high-growth projects from a sustainable investment perspective (ESG). Previously, Gus began his career in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Gus has Civil Engineering studies at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and holds a degree in Management studies at the prestigious HEC Paris, School of Management, where he specialized in Finance.
