Esther joined Miura in 2021 after a prolific career as C-Level executive in companies as Danone Group (Sustainability and Public Affairs Director), B Corp (Board Member), The Boston Consulting Group (Consultant), Teach For All (Chief Global Development Officer), and Fundación Empieza Por Educar (CEO and Board Member). She pioneered numerous high-impact programs including areas such as environment, education, gender equality, nutrition and poverty. Additionally, Esther is member of Women Action Sustainability and UnLimited Circle Spain, an advisor at Roots for Sustainability and Ship2B, a professor at the Master of Competitive Social Transformation (U. Complutense Madrid) and leads the B Impact Circle in Spain. Esther holds an MBA from IESE Business School and UCLA Anderson School of Management, Business Sustainability Management Master from University of Cambridge, Executive Program “From C-Suite to Board Member” at IESE Business School, and MSC in Telecommunication Engineering.
