Bio

Mr. Tonnos is a Vice President at Mistral Equity Partners. Prior to joining Mistral, Mr. Tonnos was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Lazard where he advised Consumer and Retail companies on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Prior to investment banking, he began his career as a Foreign Exchange Trader at CIBC Capital Markets. Mr. Tonnos is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for our affiliate, Haymaker Acquisition Corp. His board experience includes Lovesac, Worldwise, B’more Organic and Haymaker Acquisition Corp. Mr. Tonnos received his MBA and BS from Niagara University.
