Bio

Mr. Bradley is a Managing Director at Mistral Equity Partners. Prior to joining Mistral, Mr. Bradley was with The Sage Group, where he specialized in Retail and Consumer investments, and prior to that the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Banc of America Securities. He has also been a Manager in the Strategy Group at Burger King, where he worked on the successful turn-around of that company, and a strategy consultant in the Retail and Consumer Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Bradley serves on the Board of Directors of Lovesac and The Chickery. Mr. Bradley serves as the Chief Financial Officer of our affiliate, Haymaker Acquisition Corp. Mr. Bradley received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his BA from the University of Chicago.
