Ms. McGovern joined Mill Road Capital in 2017. Prior to joining Mill Road Capital, Ms. McGovern held numerous leadership positions in private equity over the course of a 25-year career. Most recently, Ms. McGovern was the CFO and CCO of Equifin Capital Management, a private equity fund focusing on the financial services sector. Ms. McGovern also was CFO of Nassau Capital which managed the alternative assets of Princeton University. Prior to Nassau Capital, Ms. McGovern was Controller at The Blackstone Group. Ms. McGovern earned a B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University. Ms. McGovern lives in New Jersey with her husband, Scot, and their two children, Joey and Victoria.
