Brandon Sarno is a Vice President of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2019, Mr. Sarno was with Evercore. At Evercore, he was a member of the Technology coverage team where he was responsible for providing strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and special situations for companies in the Business Services, Software, Industrial Technology and Communications sectors. Mr. Sarno currently serves on the boards of Prime Pensions and Core Technology Solutions. Mr. Sarno is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
