Zander joined Mill City Capital at its founding in 2010. Zander led Mill City’s investment in HN Precision and serves as chairman of the board for HN Precision as well as Union Tractor. Zander also holds board positions with Bonnetts Energy, Griffin Gear and Horizon Hobby. Zander began his career as an analyst with GE Commercial Finance and Piper Jaffray before spending 5 years with Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morison, another Minneapolis-based private equity firm. Zander is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
