Bio

Scott has devoted most of his career to executing and investing in middle market leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to forming Milestone in 1995, Scott was an officer of the Philadelphia National Bank, Lehman Brothers, and two private merchant banking firms, working in private equity, investment banking, and commercial banking. He serves on the Board of the REACH Foundation which promotes Pennsylvania primary and secondary school education. Scott graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a B.S. in Finance.
