Mike leads the firm’s Accounting and Finance functions. He performs the same roles for PeakEquity Partners. Mike joined Milestone as Vice President and Controller in March of 2021, and in July 2021 became Chief Financial Officer. He holds the same position for PeakEquity Partners. Mike has more than 15 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Milestone, he was CFO and CCO for Element Partners for 12 years and also served as Controller for Inverness Capital. In addition to his private equity roles, Mike held various audit, accounting, and financial positions at Saint-Gobain Corporation. While at Saint-Gobain, he completed a three-year assignment in Paris where he performed audits of subsidiaries throughout Europe, Africa, and North America. Mike started his career as a certified public accountant in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mike graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Accounting.
