Prior to becoming a founding partner at Midwest Growth Partners, Joe was a founding partner at Top Tier Holdings, LLC, a small, closely held private equity fund. Joe has previously served as President for Cedar Rapids Tire and Iowa Steel Holdings, LLC during their turn-around and growth phases. Prior to co-founding Midwest Growth Partners and Top Tier Holdings, Joe worked for Cargill, Inc. and Merck & Co., Inc. in both sales and management roles. Joe enjoys the unique operational challenges presented by each business opportunity. Joe is instrumental in providing oversight to MGP portfolio companies in an effort to help maximize the potential of each investment. Joe is a board member for Jackrabbit, Incorp, FAST Ag Solutions and Catalina Finer Foods. Joe received his B.S. from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
