Walt Shill currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Walt is a senior advisor, board member, and investor with over 30 years of experience driving growth in professional service firms in diverse and complex markets. He has advised global executives on enterprise transformation, organizational change, merger integration and, most recently, sustainability and ESG. Walt has served in senior management roles at McKinsey and Accenture as well as the global environmental consulting firm, ERM.
