Bio

Kerim is a Partner and Head of the Services sector and the Regional team. He serves on the Management and Investment Committees. Kerim leads the deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of investments in the services and related technology sectors. He has been involved in numerous transactions including Pigu Group, Symfonia, intive, Cargus, M+ Group, Kent Hospital Group, Norican Group, Pilkington, Bite, Invitel and Karneval. Kerim joined the London office in 2007. Prior to that, he worked at GMT Communications Partners, a London based private equity firm focussed on the media and communications sector, and in investment banking with Merrill Lynch in London. Kerim holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, water sports, as well as doing activities with his daughters.
