Mr. Ryden is a Vice President at MGG Investment Group. In his capacity, Mr. Ryden is responsible for evaluating and underwriting investments at the firm. Mr. Ryden has over 10 years of experience lending in the middle market. Prior to joining MGG, he was a Managing Director at CIBC BANK USA, where he led the execution of middle market transactions ranging from $5 million to +$1.0 billion of debt financing from deal sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution. At CIBC, he worked with private equity firms and privately held businesses executing senior opportunities including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, recapitalizations, and corporate M&A. Mr. Ryden received his BS in Finance from Indiana University and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
